Genomma Lab Internacional (2010+)– Director of Web Marketing and Operations
Manage a large team of marketers, bloggers, designers, and web developers to establish digital marketing as a new core competency of the company
· Am driving Worldwide Digital Strategy and execution for product and campaign launches, PR/online reputation management, and customer service
· Am responsible for launching 86 sites this year including a complete rebuild of the homepage and a top secret project of international intrigue
Microsoft Corporation (2009-2010)– US Web Initiative Lead
Led v-team to deliver Windows Share of Web Servers, Web Applications on Windows, Top Website Engagement, and PHP community engagement
· Drove US strategy for competing with Linux on the Web Server workload
· Launched the WebsiteSpark Program in the US, which provides free software to small web businesses.· Created and managed, and executed the plan which allowed Microsoft to turn around a 5+ year negative share growth trend for Windows Server Share
· Established productive business relationships with some of Microsoft's most potent competitors in the Open Source space
Microsoft Corporation (2006-2008)– Marketing Manager – Interactive and Creative Agencies
Led company insight into how to engage with interactive and creative agencies.
· Conducted research into business drivers of Web Developers, Designers, and BDMs as well as a competitive analysis of the market. Results led to worldwide changes in taxonomy and strategy regarding this audience.
· Pioneered strategy for agency engagement with Microsoft as a partner, most significantly the online/breadth strategy.
· Rolled out national event model for engaging partners, customers, academics and the creative community around Microsoft’s web technologies. This model was adopted as the event model for the audience and adopted Worldwide.
· Established training program for custom development firms and agencies including online delivery through virtual labs and webinars, and offline through an event model delivered by the field organization.
· Supported the launch of Expression Studio, Silverlight, .NET, and Windows Live Platform.
Disney/ABC Radio Group -Steamboat Scholar
Aided the sales function of the $40MM flagship station including the creation of promotional materials, demographic and ratings analysis, and various other tools for the station’s Account Managers and Salespeople in the form of a media package and presentation. Worked on an advisory basis with various station events such as Sean Hannity’s Freedom Concert at Six Flags, Mark Levin Golf Outing, and New York Jets Cruise for Charity. Created on-air content for the station.
MTV US and MTV Deutschland, VH1, and Nickelodeon -International Production Management Intern
Worked with international logistics of MTV, VH1, and Nickelodeon. Organized Deutschland shoot with TRL.
Kimmel Center Inc. -Marketing Consultant
Created a strategic marketing plan for Broadway at the Academy including competitive analysis.
Stage and Television Work Actor, Cameraman, Production Assistant
Acted professionally in commercials for Kelloggs and The State of PA. Stage experience in excess of 400 performances in over 70 shows, including work in The Mask and Wig Club as assistant head writer, music director, floorshow director and actor.
Northwestern Mutual Financial Network and Morgan Stanley -Accounts Assistant
Assisted insurance broker with maintenance of hundreds of accounts as well as generating revenue with both insurance and investment products from new and existing clients. Worked with Financial Advisors on their research, software development, data analysis, and client relations.
Wharton Computer Consulting -Consultant
Worked as a technical consultant to undergraduates and MBAs regarding their personal machines, providing networking solutions, diagnosing and repairing computers, and supporting the Wharton network.
